Mum’s Me Time – Essential Oil Blend 💖

This is a special oil I made just for mums (but anyone can use it!). It’s called Mum’s Me Time because I think mums work really hard and deserve a little break. 🫶

It smells super relaxing and happy because it’s made with:

🌼 Bergamot – a fruity smell that helps you feel calm and not so worried
💜 Lavender – the best smell for sleep and chilling out
🍋 Lemongrass – fresh and zingy and makes you feel good inside

You can use it in a diffuser, in the bath, or mix it with oil for a little massage.
